Anne is a highly accomplished service designer, evaluator, and stakeholder engagement specialist who has been helping organisations drive service innovation and deliver greater social impact for over 20 years. As the Social Design Lead at Knowledge Society, Anne uses her ability to craft clarity from confusion, facilitate genuine participation, and build creative and workable solutions to diverse problems to inform the design, development, and delivery of programs for the community and human services organisations that we partner with. She solves design problems across a range of sectors, including health, aged care, homelessness and housing, family and domestic violence, education, employment, and community-building.
