Liselle has a varied experience in leadership and management roles within the education sector where she has navigated a range of human resource challenges, including leading change management processes and organisational restructures. She leads the management of Knowledge Society’s human resources systems and processes, including an important focus on organisational culture and lifelong learning and knowledge acquisition for its people. Liselle also oversees the organisation’s highly qualified production and services team. Liselle strongly believes that an organisation’s workforce is one of its most powerful drivers of success and has a history of establishing effective interpersonal relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive organisational outcomes.
